Returns Policy

1.Return & Exchange Period
We accept return or exchange requests within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the package. No requests will be approved after this period.
2. Product Condition
All returned items must be unused, unsoiled and intact, with original packaging fully preserved. Products with obvious signs of wear, damage or missing accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Defective / Damaged Items
If you receive defective, broken or wrong items, please contact our customer service immediately and attach clear photos or videos of the products. We will arrange free replacement, full refund or free exchange for you, and we will cover all related shipping costs.
4. Return Shipping Fee
For returns due to personal reasons (dislike, inappropriate style, etc.), the buyer shall be responsible for the return shipping cost. The original shipping fee of the order is non-refundable.
5.How to Apply
Please send us an email with your order number, full name, return reason and product pictures to start the process. We will reply and give you return instructions within 2 working days.
6. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The fund will be returned to your original payment account. Please note that the arrival time depends on the processing rules of your payment provider or bank.
7. Final Sale Items
Products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
