Returns Policy

We hope you love our products! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges following the rules below.
1.Return & Exchange Period
We accept return or exchange requests within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the package. No requests will be approved after this period.
2. Product Condition
All returned items must be unused, unsoiled and intact, with original packaging fully preserved. Products with obvious signs of wear, damage or missing accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Defective / Damaged Items
If you receive defective, broken or wrong items, please contact our customer service immediately and attach clear photos or videos of the products. We will arrange free replacement, full refund or free exchange for you, and we will cover all related shipping costs.
4. Return Shipping Fee
For returns due to personal reasons (dislike, change of mind, no longer wanted, etc.), the buyer shall be responsible for the return shipping cost. The original shipping fee of the order is non-refundable.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@lulumatt.com with your order number, full name, reason for the return, and photos of the product (if applicable). We will reply and give you return instructions within 2 working days.
6. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The fund will be returned to your original payment account. Please note that the arrival time depends on the processing rules of your payment provider or bank.
7. Final Sale Items
Products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

Orders are processed and shipped within 4-7 business days after your order or credit card has been approved. Orders placed during weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
