  We ship to multiple countries and regions worldwide. To check whether shipping is available to your location, please enter your shipping address during checkout. We are continuously working to expand our global shipping coverage.

  Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after your order and payment have been successfully confirmed.

  Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact our customer service team at support@lulumatt.com for assistance.

  Please double-check the recipient's shipping address during checkout and in your order confirmation. Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.

  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your package through the shipping confirmation email or on our website.

  United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
  Germany: 6–12 business days
  France: 8–12 business days
  All Other Countries & Regions: 10–15 business days

  Shipping Fee

  We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $25.90 USD.

  For orders under $25.90 USD, a shipping fee will apply.
